{"created":"2023-06-19T07:10:10.209368+00:00","id":624,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"75ce2cf1-bb37-4e81-9a96-aec854819236"},"_deposit":{"created_by":12,"id":"624","owners":[12],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"624"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kurume.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000624","sets":["12:46:131"]},"author_link":["470","1232","1233","657"],"item_3_alternative_title_1":{"attribute_name":"その他(別言語等)のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Stress response of teachers after emergency support for school"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_5":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2003-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"106","bibliographicPageStart":"97","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"2","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"久留米大学心理学研究"},{"bibliographic_title":"Kurume University psychological research","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"児童・生徒を巻き込む突発的な事件・事故といった,学校にとって危機的な出来事に対処するために,福岡県臨床心理士会は,緊急支援プログラムを立ち上げ実施している。危機的な出来事による急性のストレス反応は,適切な時期に適切な介入を行えば収束することができる。緊急支援活動において,教師は,児童・生徒の支援者であると同時に,出来事の当事者であり強いストレスにさらされている。そのため,緊急支援を行った学校の教師を対象にストレス反応を測定し,その結果をフィードバックすることで,健康感をサポートすることが提案された。本研究の目的は,GHQ-28を用いて危機的な出来事が起こった学校の教師のストレス反応の実態を明らかにすることである。さらに,フォローアップ調査を行い,反応が収束していく過程をみていく。調査対象は,緊急支援を行った学校のうち,小学校2校,中学校1校,高校2校の5校である。また,対照群として,危機的な出来事が起こっていない3つの小学校の教師のストレス反応についても測定した。その結果,緊急支援を行った学校において,出来事の2週間後には,1校を除いた4校で非常に高いストレス反応が示された。その一方で,すべての学校で,うつ傾向はあまりみられなかった。さらに,出来事の7ヵ月後までの追跡調査を行ったところ,3ヵ月後から反応が収束し,7ヶ月後には,衝撃的な出来事が起こっていない学校の教師と同程度にストレス反応が収束していた。これらのことから,緊急支援の対象となった学校の教師は,出来事の直後では,強いストレス反応を示すが,出来事の3ヵ月後を目安に,平常時と同じ程度に反応が収束していくことが示された。さらに,いずれのときにも,うつ傾向が高い教師は,少数であった。\n","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Children sometimes fall the victim to severe incidents and accidents. In order to cope with such crises for school, Fukuoka Society of Certified Clinical Psychologist made and has carried out the emergency support program. The pertinent crisis intervention at the proper time should decrease acute stress response that caused critical incidents. According to the program, teachers in target school were concerned not only as the supporter of children but also as the victimizer exposed to very high stress in the emergency. So as to support teachers to maintain good state of mental health, assessment of the school-teachers' stress and giving back the results to them were proposed. The purpose of the present study was to examine stress of teachers involved in critical incidents by using GHQ-28, and moreover, a process to calm down the stress was checked with follow-up survey. Participants were teachers in 5 schools (2 elementary schools, 1 junior high school and 2 high schools), which had suffered from critical incidents and agreed to assess their stress. Teachers in 3 elementary schools, which hadn't suffered from critical incidents, also participated as a control group. As results, significantly high rate of stress response was shown at 2 weeks after incidents in the 4 suffered schools; on the other hand, depression was not increased in any schools. The follow-up surveys showed that the high rate of stress response began to decrease from 3 months after incidents, and at 7 months after incidents, the rate of stress response in suffered school was as same as the rate in the schools that did not experience critical incidents. In conclusion, teachers in schools used emergency support program showed high rate of stress response soon after critical incidents; however, the stress response was as same as normal rate after 3 months.
