| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は,生きがい満足度の違いが知的程度やソーシャル・サポートにどのように影響しているかを確かめることである。被調査者は65歳以上の高齢者160名(男性39名,女性121名)の人たちである。調査は,生きがい満足度調査,かな拾いテスト,ソーシャル・サポート調査の3種であった。まず,生きがい満足度調査質問項目とソーシャル・サポート調査の信頼1生を検討し,次に,年齢段階,生きがい満足度,安定満足度,積極満足度,ソーシャル・サポート,知的程度の相互関係を示し,更に,性差,年齢段階,生きがい満足度の違いによる知的程度としてのかな拾いテスト得点の比較,ソーシャル・サポート得点の比較および1年間の生きがい満足度の変化と知的水準の変化の関係などを検討した。その結果,年齢は,生きがい満足度,安定満足度,積極満足度,ソーシャル・サポート,知的程度,知的程度の変化量とマイナスに相関していた。また,かな拾いテスト得点と積極満足度とに負の有意な関係があり,年齢が高まるほど知的程度が低くなり,積極満足度が低下していることがわかった。また,生きがい満足度はソーシャル・サポートと有意に高い相関を示しており,生きがい満足度の高い人は社会的援助を多く受け,また,知的程度も高いことがわかった。さらに,知的程度は,生きがい満足度,安定満足度および積極満足度得点と有意な関係があった。年齢段階は,生きがい満足度得点ともソーシャル・サポート得点とも有意な関係がみられなかった。主要な結果として,生きがい満足度の高い群ほど知的程度が有意に高くなっており,また,ソーシャル・サポート得点が有意に高くなっていた。つまり,高い生きがい満足度をもつことが高い知的水準を保ち,ソーシャル・サポートを多く受けることがわかった。さらに,1年間の変化の量と方向から考えると,知的変化の上昇度の高い群ほど生きがい満足度の変化量もプラスに高くなっていて,生きがい満足度の変化と知的変化の方向と程度にプラスの有意な関係があり,生きがい満足度が高くなればなるほど知的水準を高め,逆に低くなればなるほど知的低下をきたすことを確認した。知的変化の方向とソーシャル・サポート得点の変化とはその方向においては共通していたが,その関係は有意とまではいかなかった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to confirm how the difference of the worth living satisfaction rating influences on intellectual level and the social support. The people who are investigated are the people of 160 senior citizens of 65 years old or more (39 men and 121 females). There were three kinds of investigations, that is, the worth living satisfaction rating investigation, Japanese syllable picking up test, and the social support investigation. First of all, It was examined the reliability of the worth living satisfaction rating investigation question items and of the social support investigation. Next, the interrelations between age stages, a worth living satisfaction ratings, stability satisfaction ratings, degrees of positive satisfactions, social support, and intellectual levels were shown. In addition, comparison of Japanese syllable picking up test scores as intellectual level, age stage, and worth living satisfaction rating, The relation among the comparison of a social support scores, the changes in the worth living satisfaction rating of one year, and the change in intellectual levels were examined. As a result, the levels of the age showed a negative correlation between a worth living satisfaction rating, a stability satisfaction rating, a positive satisfaction degree, a social support, an intellectual level, and the amounts of the intellectual level change. Moreover, there is a negative significant relation between Japanese syllable picking up test score and the positive satisfaction degree. It has been understood that an intellectual level lowers, and the positive satisfaction degree has decreased by the rise of the age. In addition, the worth living satisfaction rating shows a significantly high correlation to the social supports. The person with high worth living satisfaction rating receives a lot of social help, and also an intellectual level is high. An intellectual level showed the significant relation to the worth living satisfaction rating, the stability satisfaction rating, and the positive satisfaction degree score. The age stage showed neither the worth living satisfaction rating score, the social support score nor the significant relation. An intellectual as person with high worth living satisfaction rating level was significantly high. It has been understood that keeping with a high worth living satisfaction rating a high, is to keep intellectual level high, and to receive a lot of social supports. In addition, the change in the worth living satisfaction rating had risen in the crowd with a high intellectual change. An intellectual level rises according to becoming if the worth living satisfaction rating rises. Oppositely, it was confirmed to cause an intellectual decrease according to becoming if the worth living satisfaction rating lowered. | |||||
