The autogenic training standard exercise was conducted longest for about one month for two weeks shortest for 176 university students in the group form. The result of factor analysis with 100 items, which had been carried out at the end of each practice period, was as follows. Factor 1 is \"feeling of efficacy\" (8 items, α=0.901), factor 2 is \"reaction of muscle system spasms reflection\" (7 items, α=0.898), factor 3 is \"heaviness and warmth reaction of limbs\" (7 items, α=0.891), factor 4 is \"alteration of consciousness level\" (7 items, α=0.891), factor 5 is \"emotional reaction\" (7 items, α=0.801) . The correlation between the constructed scale and STAI (State and Trait anxiety inventory) and POMS (Profile of Mood States) was not significant. And thus the construct validity was not confirmed. However, the scale made by this study is thought to be for trainees and trainers about the meaning in concretely understanding the reaction practicing the autogenic training standard exercise.
