| 内容記述 | 本研究は,精神科看護職のバーンアウトを,他職種と比較することで検討するものである。その結果,情緒的消耗感と脱人格化で有意に看護職のほうが高かった。また,看護職のバーンアウトには,自己の能力の欠如が大きく関連しており,精神科看護の困難さと看護効果の見えにくさが反映した形となった。さらに,看護職の情緒的消耗感においては,サポートや対処行動が緩和要因となっておらず,何らかの対策が必要であることが示された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to examine the burnout in among psychiatry staff nurses for comparing with another occupational category. As a result, the nursing employment was considerably higher in the emotional exhaustion and the depersonalization. Moreover, the lack of own ability greatly related to the burnout in psychiatry staff nurses, and it thought that hardiness of the psychiatry department nursing and difficulties of recognizing the effect of nursing brought this result. In addition, neither the social support nor the coping became the easing factors, and it was shown that some measures against the emotional exhaustion in psychiatry nursing. | |||||
