| 内容記述 | 中途視覚障害者の障害に対する感情的心理的反応は様々に異なっているが,その原因に対する説明も様々な立場からなされている。心理的反応の違いは大別すると,個人的要因,社会的要因,個人と社会の相互作用の影響に分けられる。心理的反応とそれに対する適応は1次元ではなく,抑鬱,不安,自尊心,自己効力感,障害の受容,視覚障害者への態度等を含んだ多次元である。介入法としては個人療法,グループカウンセリング,技術訓練,システムへの介入などが行われている。その目的は抑響や不安,自尊心の回復,動機づけを目指したものであるが,これらは心理療法だけで効果が得られるものではなく,訓練環境の中で行われること,技術訓練の効果を引き出すことによって,最大限の心理的効果が得られている。ただし実証的な効果測定を行っている研究は少ない。視覚障害者の問題は,個人的問題,社会的問題,視覚障害者の行動とが絡み合っているために,単一の介入法で解決することは難しく,視覚障害者の行動,心理,他者からの影響に対するそれぞれの介入法の相乗効果が高まるような工夫が必要である。日本においても視覚障害に対する適応技術の訓練方法はほぼ確立されているが,それらを提供するリハビリテーション機関においては,視覚障害の社会的側面に関する介入,社会に戻ったあとの人々の否定的な態度に対処する技術も含めることが必要である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Emotional and psychological reactions of persons with acquired visual impairments to their disability show variety of differences. Much kind of explanations about these causes have been made from different standpoint. The causes of these psychological reactions are roughly categorized into personal factors, social factors and the influences of interaction between individual and society. Psychological reactions and adaptation might not be one dimension but multi dimensions which include depression, anxiety, self-esteem, self-efficacy, acceptance of their disability, attitudes toward visual impairment, etc. As methods of interventions, individual psychotherapy, group counseling, skill training, intervention to system have been conducted. The purposes of these interventions are to improve depression, anxiety, self-esteem, or motivation, however, the benefit aren't obtained by psychotherapy alone. Using in the rehabilitation training environments or using to pull out the maxim effect of skills training obtains the maxim psychological benefits. However, empirical study that conducted objective evaluation to the effect of intervention isn't many. The problems of people with visual impairments are difficult to solve by single method of intervention, because these problems are confused with personal problems, social problems and behavior of persons who have visual impairments. Therefore, it's important to heighten the synergistic effect of each intervention for each problem. Although the way of adaptation skills training for visual impairments are established in Japan, rehabilitation center which provides these training should include the intervention for social aspect of visual impairment and the coping technique for negative attitudes of people after coming back to society. | |||||
