Hundred subjects were randomly allocated to 5 different groups of each 20 subjects: the non-stress control, stress only, stress+Hogen, stress+tap water, non-stress+Hogen. The count and percentage of T cell in the stress+Hogen group and the non-stress group was higher than the stress only and the stress+tap water group. It did not find significant difference between the control group and the stress+Hogen group, and the stress only group and the stress+tap water group.
