| 内容記述 | 本研究では,障害児のきょうだいの抑うつ・不安について,健常児のきょうだいの抑うつ・不安と比較し,また,家事の手伝いや障害児である同胞の世話の期待や負担が障害児きょうだいの抑うつ・不安にどのように関連しているか調べることを目的に調査をおこなった。その結果,障害児きょうだいの抑うつ・不安と,健常児きょうだいの抑うつ・不安との間に差は認められなかった。また,親やきょうだい自身の期待や負担感ときょうだいの抑うつ・不安との間に正の相関関係はみられなかった。きょうだいは家事の手伝いや世話の期待・負担を感じることで抑うつ・不安を感じるのではないと考えられた。きょうだいの負担感に関連しているのは,親が感じる世話の負担感であり,親の負担を軽減することが出来ればきょうだいの負担感や抑うつの軽減につながることが考えられた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to compare children whose siblings with disability to children whose siblings without disability on their depression and anxiety. It was also considered how their parents' expectations and burden for them on domesticities and the siblings' care were related to their depression and anxiety. As a result, there were no significant differences between two groups on depression and anxiety, and also no positive correlation between the expectations or the burden and depression or anxiety. In addition to this, there was a significant positive correlation between the parents' and the children's burden. These results suggest that reducing the parents' burden of the siblings' care may lead to reduction of the children's burden. | |||||
