| 内容記述 | 本研究は,教師との共感(好意)的関係及び非好意的関係の成立とリーダーシップP-M行動4類型(PM,M,P,pm型)の関係について分析したものである。分析は,事例(大学生が,小・中・高校時代に出会った教師との関係について記した体験文)を基に行われた。その結果,教師との共感(好意)的関係の成立は全体としてPM型及びM型の下で多く見出された。更に,共感(好意)的関係の成立をカテゴリー別(高瀬,1979)にみた場合,共感関係の深まりの強い「信頼関係」及び「自覚と決意」についてはM型よりもPM型の下で有意に多く見出された。一方,非好意的関係の多くは,P型及びpm型において見出された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study investigates the correlation between the students' level of sympathy with teachers and the four different types of the teacher' leadership (i.e. PM, M, P, pm) . The research was conducted by collecting essays written by university students, which was about their former teachers from the elementary, junior high, and high school, respectively. The results reveal that the level of sympathetic relationship was higher under the PM and M types. In addition, there were significantly more cases found in the PM type rather than the M type, where either "Mutual Trust Relationship" or "Consciousness and Determination" (Takase, 1979) was formed. In contrast, the unfavorable relationship was formed more in the P and the pm types. | |||||
