| 内容記述 | 世界に類をみない速さで高齢化が進行しているわが国にとって,高齢者の主観的健康感の充実を図る取り組みは,高齢者の健康増進を考える上でとくに重要な課題の一つである。本稿は,高齢者の主観的健康感に関する研究,とくに,主観的健康感に関与する要因や主観的健康感のアセスメント法について最近の動向とその問題点を議論し,筆者らが在宅障害高齢者を対象に行った実験的フィールド研究の結果について紹介した。健常高齢者ならびに障害別に分類した高齢者の主観的健康感の比較から,高齢者の主観的健康感が疾病や障害により異なること,高齢者の主観的健康感を高めるための取り組みとして,個別最適化した健康支援が重要であることの理論的根拠を明らかにした。また,Visual Analogue Scaleを用いた主観的健康感尺度の有用性を明らかにするとともに,在宅障害高齢者の主観的健康感を高める方法として,睡眠衛生や家庭内役割を持たせるような介入が有効となる方向性を示した。本レビューを通じて今後は,主観的健康感を効果的に高めるメカニズム解明の理論的研究と主観的健康感を効果的に高める具体的な方法の実践的研究とが必要なことを明らかにした。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In this paper, we discussed factors involved in subjective health perception, recent trends in its assessment methods, and their associated problems, and presented the results of an experimental field study performed by the authors in home-cared disabled elderly people. By comparing subjective health perception in elderly people classified separately into healthy elderly people and elderly people with various disabilities, we showed that subjective health perception of elderly people differs according to diseases and disabilities, and presented theoretical grounds of the importance of individually optimized health support for its improvement. We also established the usefulness of a Visual Analogue Scale for the assessment of subjective health perception, and proposed intervention by improving the sleep condition and assigning household roles to be effective for enhancing subjective health perception of home-cared disabled elderly people. Through this review, we clarified the necessity of theoretical studies of the mechanism of subjective health perception enhancement and practical studies of specific methods to effectively promote it. | |||||
