| 内容記述 | 研究1では,大学生を対象としたポジティブライフイベント尺度とネガティブライフイベント尺度を作成した。研究2では,研究1で作成したポジティブライフイベント尺度を用い,ポジティブライフイベントをポジティブなものとして認識するPH群とポジティブライフイベントをポジティブなものとして認識し難いPL群のSDS得点,ストレス反応得点,エゴグラム得点を比較した。また,ネガティブライフイベント尺度を用い,ネガティブライフイベントをネガティブなものとして認識するNH群とネガティブライフイベントをネガティブなものとして認識し難iいNL群のSDS得点,ストレス反応得点,エゴグラム得点を比較した。その結果,ポジティブライフイベントについては,SDS得点,ストレス反応得点がPL群よりもPH群のほうが有意に高かった。また,エゴグラムのNP得点,FC得点がPL群よりもPH群のほうが有意に高かった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In Study 1, we created a positive life event scale and a negative life event scale for university students. In Study 2, we used the positive life event scale developed in Study 1 to compare SDS scores, stress response scores, and egogram scores between students who perceived positive life events as positive experiences (PH group) and those who had difficulty perceiving positive life events as positive experiences (PL group). In addition, we used the negative life event scale to compare SDS scores, stress response scores, and egogram scores between students who perceived negative life events as negative experiences (NH group) and those who had difficulty perceiving negative life events as negative experiences (NL group). The results showed that for positive life events, SDS scores, stress response scores were significantly higher in the PH group compared to the PL group. And, egogram NP scores, FC scores were significantly higher in the PH group compared to the PL group. | |||||
