Subject were 46 people (eight men, thirty eight women) working in a small nursing home and a group home, mean age 43.1±11.8 years, mean 4.4±2.7 years of service. Questionnaire was constituted that GHQ28, \"job attractiveness\" \"job control\" \"care belief\" \"physical burden\" \"Personal strain factor of Burden\" \"Role strain factor of Burden\". The result indicated that the mental health degree of mean 7.5±6.6 was shown low level. With multiple regression analysis, predictors of GHQ were \"physical burden\" \"personal strain factor of burden\". Unique predictor of social dysfunction was \"job control\".
