 note = {骨粗鬆症治療薬服用患者の行動変容を促し，アドヒアランス（治療への積極的参加）を向上させようという目的で取り組んだ，多理論統合モデル（transtheoretical model, TTM）にもとづく保険薬剤師の介入の際に，薬剤師が参考資料となるマニュアルを作成した。服薬指導など，日常業務を通じて患者の健康維持におけるゲートキーパー的役割を担っている保険薬剤師が，地域住民の健康寿命延伸につながることも目論み，臨床現場で患者に対し，できるだけ効率よく介入ができるマニュアルとして活用してもらえるよう，介入のプロセスやアセスメントに必要な尺度を骨粗鬆症の治療に適した文言にアレンジしている。, Upon intervention by insurance pharmacists based on a multilogical model (transtheoretical model, TTM), which aimed to promote behavioral change in patients taking osteoporosis therapeutic drugs and to improve adherence (active in participation in treatment) we created a manual to serve as reference material. Insurance pharmacists who tend to be busy with their daily work such as medication instruction are also aiming to lead to extension of the healthy life span of the patients in the area and interventions so that patients can be used as a manual that can intervene as efficiently as possible in the clinical setting. We arrange the scale necessary for process and assessment in wording suitable for treatment of osteoporosis.},
