| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，保育士に対してストレングスカードを用いたエンカウンターグループ（EG）を行い，その効果を検証することであった。研究１では，保育士の強みに関する意識やソーシャルサポート，メンタルヘルスの現状を明らかにすることを目的とした質問紙調査を行った。分析の結果，強みの認識は強みへの注目や活用感，ソーシャルサポート，メンタルヘルスと相関関係にあることが明らかとなった。また，保育士の年齢（世代）や担当業務によって得点差があることが見出された。研究２では，保育現場でストレングスカードを用いたEG を行い，その効果を検証した。保育園３園で５～６名の保育士を対象としたEG を行い，４回の質問紙調査を実施した。その結果，３園全てで強みへの注目について有意差が見られ，２園では全ての尺度得点に関して効果量が認められた。さらに，KH Coder を用いたテキスト分析を行った。本研究を通して，保育士に対するストレングスカードを用いたEG は強みの認識を促し，自己や他者の強みに注目することによってソーシャルサポートの認識がより肯定的となること，メンタルヘルスにもよりよい影響を与える可能性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The present study examined the effects of strength cards in relation to their use among childcare workers during encounter group (EG). In part one of the study, a questionnaire survey was conducted to determine the awareness of personal strengths as well as the status of social support and mental health among childcare workers. The results of the analysis of the questionnaire data revealed that recognition of strengths was correlated with attention and sense of utility toward such strengths, social support, and mental health. In part two of the study, the effects of strength cards were examined through their use during EG in preschool settings. EG involving five to six childcare workers was held at three preschools, and questionnaire surveys were administered four times. Consequently, scores indicated the levels of effects on all scales. In addition, text analysis was performed using KH Coder software. The results of the present study suggest that by promoting recognition of strengths among childcare workers and helping them focus on their own strengths as well as the strengths of others, the use of strength cards during EG may enhance positive perceptions of social support and favorably influence mental health. |
