| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，養護教諭の一人前意識の発達に必要な条件を，経験年数，配置形態，自己教育力の視点から検討することであった。A 県内の小中高等学校に勤務する養護教諭を対象に，一人前意識や自己教育力に関する質問紙調査を行った。 分散分析の結果，経験年数「 3 ～ 5 年」の一人前意識は「 1 ～ 2 年」「 6 年以上」よりも有意に高かったことから，経験年数「6 年以上」にプラトー現象が生じている可能性が示された。また，経験年数「 6 年以上」の一人前意識を高群と低群に分けて分析した結果，一人前意識の高さには自己教育力の高さが関連しており，職務上困難感と離職意思の高さには一人前意識の低さが影響していることが明らかになった。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research was to consider the condition necessary to the development of school nurses’ competent consciousness from the perspective of years of experience, dispositions, and self-education ability. School nurses who worked in elementary, junior high, and high schools of A Prefecture were investigated, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on their competent consciousness and self-education ability. The results of a variance analysis showed that nurses with 3-5 years of experience showed a significantly higher competent consciousness than nurses with either 1-2 years or more than 6 years’ experience. It was suggested that a plateau phenomenon has occurred for nurses with more than 6 years’ experience. The results obtained by comparing the high and low competent consciousness groups of nurses showed that the level of self-education ability was related to the level of competent consciousness. The low level of competent consciousness also correlated with the high level of work difficulty and the desire to leave their jobs. |
